Steven has over 35 years of experience in operations, engineering, and quality assurance within the aviation, automotive, medical, and consumer products industries. He has held various senior roles including Director of Product and Process Quality for Garmin International and Quality Director for Berry Global, Inc.
Steven has extensive experience developing and implementing quality management systems and has led multiple organizations in achieving ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF/TS 16949, AS9100, and ISO 14001 management system certifications. He currently holds lead auditor credentials for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
He holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and Operations Management and holds multiple United States and international patents.
