Chris has been managing business improvement activities for over 20 years. His primary focus is helping companies prepare for certification audits to ISO standards and supervising all WP Group engagements.
Previously, he spent over 15 years in financial services in various roles at Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, and J.P. Morgan. During this time he implemented ISO and led Quality Management and internal auditing initiatives; led organizational change, internal restructurings, and process improvement as a Six Sigma Black Belt; and oversaw operations management and regulatory reporting.
Having consulted and audited companies in various industries including manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, transportation, business and professional services, software, pharmaceuticals, space, and defense, he understands how to apply the requirements of ISO standards to help organizations of all kinds implement successful management systems.
Chris has served on various corporate and non-profit boards helping organizations outperform. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and auditor credentials for ISO 9001 and AS9100.
